This Privacy Policy explains how The Hood collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit thehood.meme, connect a wallet, launch or trade a token, post in token chat, contact us, or otherwise use The Hood interface and related services.

The Hood is responsible for the information processed through the services it controls. You can reach us any time at thehoodmeme420@gmail.com.

The Hood interface is noncustodial. We do not control your wallet, hold your private keys or assets, or make blockchain transactions on your behalf.

What we collect depends on how you use the interface. A wallet address or a blockchain transaction can be personal information when it can be linked to an identifiable person.

• Wallet and blockchain information, such as public wallet addresses, wallet signatures, transaction hashes, token balances, smart contract interactions, liquidity positions, trade activity and other public onchain data.
• Content you submit, such as token names, symbols, descriptions, images, social links, profile fields and wallet signed chat messages.
• Messages you send us, including your email address and the contents of your request.
• Device and network information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, request timing, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and security or diagnostic events.
• Usage information about how the interface is accessed, navigated and performs.
• Local preferences and connection data stored by your browser or wallet tools, such as theme, interface settings and wallet session state.

The Hood receives information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain networks, and from service providers such as wallets, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, analytics tools and market data sources.

• Provide, maintain and improve token discovery, launch, trading, liquidity, analytics, profile and chat functionality.
• Connect wallets, verify wallet signatures, prepare transaction requests and display public onchain activity.
• Process the content you submit and moderate spam, fraud, abuse and malicious links.
• Respond to questions, support requests, disputes and other messages.
• Monitor reliability, diagnose failures, measure performance and understand how the interface is used.
• Protect The Hood, its users and the public from security threats and misuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, The Hood processes information as necessary to provide the services you request, for legitimate interests such as operating and securing the interface, with your consent where we ask for it, and to comply with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may stop certain features from working.

Public blockchain networks are transparent by design. Transactions, wallet addresses, token activity, smart contract events and related records may remain permanently available through Robinhood Chain, its nodes, explorers, indexers and other independent services.

The Hood cannot edit, hide, reverse or delete information recorded on a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or sending us a privacy request does not remove prior onchain activity.

The Hood does not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors and infrastructure providers that support hosting, delivery, security, analytics, wallet connectivity, blockchain access, indexing, storage and market data.

These providers may include hosting and infrastructure providers, RPC providers such as Alchemy, a blockchain explorer such as Blockscout, wallet providers, and market data sources such as Coinbase. They handle information under their own terms or on behalf of The Hood.

The Hood may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or legal rights, to investigate abuse or security incidents, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

Information you publish onchain or submit to public product surfaces may be visible to anyone.

Wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, protocols, websites and other services reached through or linked from The Hood are independent from us. The Hood does not control their availability, security or privacy practices.

Review the privacy terms of any third party before providing information or using its service.

The Hood and its wallet or infrastructure providers may use local storage, cookies and similar browser technologies to remember preferences, keep wallet sessions, protect the interface and measure performance.

You can clear browser storage or adjust your browser controls. Some settings may be lost and certain features may stop working. The Hood does not use personal information for targeted advertising.

The Hood keeps offchain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to run the interface, maintain public product surfaces, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by the type and purpose of the information. Public chat messages, token content and operational records may remain available while the relevant surface operates. Messages may be kept until your request is resolved and for a reasonable recordkeeping period. Service providers may keep technical records under their own policies.

Public blockchain and distributed storage records may persist indefinitely and are outside the control of The Hood.

The Hood uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the systems under its control. No internet service, wallet, smart contract, network or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Never send us your private key, recovery phrase, password or wallet credentials. If you believe your use of The Hood has created a security risk, contact thehoodmeme420@gmail.com.

The Hood and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

Where required, The Hood applies appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

To make a privacy request, email thehoodmeme420@gmail.com. Describe your request and the wallet address, email address or other detail we need to find the relevant records. The Hood may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

The Hood will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Rights may be limited where an exception applies, and The Hood cannot alter public blockchain records.

• Use public areas of the interface without connecting a wallet where none is needed.
• Disconnect your wallet, clear local browser storage and manage permissions.
• Avoid including personal information in token metadata, profile fields, links or chat.
• Depending on where you live, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information held offchain.
• Object to or restrict certain processing and withdraw consent where those rights apply.
• Appeal a decision or complain to a data protection authority where applicable.

The Hood does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. The Hood does not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under applicable United States state privacy laws.
